Consultant (m/f) Salesforce – SaaS

Your tasks

As a Consultant/Project Manager for CRM Systems, you will work within a team that advises major clients from all fields on the subject of integration and the optimum use of SaaS-based CRM solutions. This will involve you first using your sector-specific and IT expertise in the presales phase in order to develop the CRM systems with a focus on You will also be responsible for both the analysis and the definition of CRM-based processes for our customers, as well as for the implementation and specification of CRM processes on the basis of To do this, you will not only follow the classic waterfall development model, but will also work flexibly (SCRUM). Your qualifications

  • A good degree in computer science, business informatics, (industrial) engineering, business studies or science, or a similar qualification
  • Several years of consulting and project experience with regard to concept development, and the development and implementation of CRM systems
  • A few years of experience in implementing or Veeva, ideally within a consulting environment, experience across all project phases in at least two implementation projects, and proven practical experience (both in a managerial and technical capacity) in leading a project team
  • Knowledge of, ideally in combination with a valid Salesforce certificate (ADM201, DEV401)
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Adequate communication skills to communicate effectively over all hierarchical levels (incl. Management Board), good analytical and concept development skills and a high sense of quality awareness
  • Mobility and a willingness to travel
