The “International Team for Implantology” (ITI) is a leading scientific non-profit organization in implant dentistry that unites experts and specialists all over the world. As an independent academic association, the ITI actively promotes worldwide networking across all areas in the field. The more than 16,000 ITI Members regularly exchange knowledge gathered from scientific research and clinical practice at our educational events, congresses and on our web platforms.

ITI Headquarters is the international operations center of the ITI, managing and supporting the wide range of our activities. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Platform and Support Manager (100%)

You do not see yourself as just ‘IT support’ and you like to think beyond technology when addressing user/community requests and fulfilling business needs while working closely with the development team to improve our systems and services. As part of our small and very capable team you have the opportunity to apply and further develop your IT and communication skills in a wide and varied spectrum of tasks.

Your tasks:

  • Portal administration and worldwide user/stakeholder support
  • Creation and management of user and system documentation
  • Definition of feature specifications
  • Release and feature testing
  • Coordination of second level support and system development
  • Services/data life cycle management
  • Management and support of the HW/SW at ITI Headquarters in collaboration with external service providers

Your profile:

  • Experience in IT support
  • Experience in the administration of web portals (e.g. Liferay, SharePoint, WebSphere or similar solutions)
  • Experience in the creation and management of user and system documentation
  • Higher education in information technology or related, appropriate experience and qualifications
  • Professional command of English, both spoken and written
  • Affinity for communication, relationship management by employing strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn, share your knowledge and be open to finding professional solutions for our community and business needs
