Are you an experienced Scrum Master ready to lead agile transformations in a vibrant IT environment? We are looking for a dedicated professional to empower teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

The place work could be in Bern or Niederbipp.

What you can do

• Act as a leader: Empower teams to self-organize and take ownership of their processes, facilitating growth and removing obstacles to enhance their performance
• Agile coaching & facilitation: Coach teams transitioning to Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and agile principles
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: Plan and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and service delivery reviews
• Remove impediments:Identify and assist in resolving blockers that hinder team progress, ensuring productivity and efficiency
• Promote transparency & communication:Enable open communication between teams and stakeholders, utilizing agile tools and metrics to provide visibility into progress and challenges

What you have to offer

• You are an experienced Scrum Master with 3+ years in a similar role, leading agile transformations within IT organizations
• You have a strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and related tools (Jira, Confluence)
• You excel in communication and leadership, demonstrating strong facilitation and conflict-resolution abilities
• You have proven experience in coaching teams to adopt agile methodologies and drive organizational change
• You possess the ability to challenge the status quo and promote an innovative environment while using agile metrics to track progress and optimize delivery
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, German or French is desired
