Identity Security Development Lead in Berlin, Zurich, Bern, Basel or Olten

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Identity Security Development Lead to take ownership of our IGA technical consultants and software developers. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in IAM solutions, combined with leadership skills and a proven ability to build and scale development teams from the ground up.

This role also requires a strong focus on quality management, ensuring that development processes meet the highest security, reliability, and performance standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and scale an IAM and AM development team, fostering technical excellence and growth.
• Own the end-to-end development process, from architecture to implementation.
• Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD automation, and scalable deployments.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership, security experts, and product teams to define the future of Identity Security at SECURIX.
• Deliver secure, high-performance IAM and AM solutions for global enterprises.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience building and leading development teams, driving growth and efficiency.
• Strong expertise in IAM, AM, or Cybersecurity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript, PowerShell, and SQL.
• Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
• Fluent English required and strong German skills (C1).

Bonus Points

• Experience with Windows System Engineering and security best practices.
• Experience in a high growth tech or cybersecurity environment.
• Experience and certifications in IGA solutions.
