Your role and responsibilities
At IBM Client Innovation Center Switzerland, we help clients transform their businesses through innovative SAP solutions. We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Central Finance Consultant to join our team and support complex transformation and implementation projects across multiple industries.As an SAP S/4HANA Central Finance Consultant, you will:

• Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementation projects.
• Design and implement Central Finance, Central Payments, CO, COPA, and FI solutions.
• Configure and optimize SAP solutions based on business requirements.
• Support data migration activities, including business partner, G/L account, and cost object mapping.
• Manage reconciliation, AIF monitoring, and error handling during implementation.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required education
Bachelor’s Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN), SAP FI, CO, COPA, and Central Payments.
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in international project environments.
• Fluent in English, additional languages is a plus. 
• Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit. 

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP S/4HANA certifications.
• Experience with IFRS16 implementation and RE-FX.
• Experience leading workstreams or project teams.

Experience across industries such as Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Energy, or Airlines.
